Privacy Policy
First things first: Privacy is a matter of trust, and your trust is important to me. I respect your privacy and your personal rights. Protecting your personal data and processing it in accordance with applicable data protection laws are therefore matters of great importance to me. To ensure that you feel safe when visiting my website, I strictly comply with all applicable legal requirements when processing your personal data and would like to inform you here about how your data is handled.
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
The data processing on this website is carried out by me as the website operator. You can find my contact details in the Legal Notice of this website.
How is your data collected?
As a rule, you can use krav-maga.coach without providing any personal data. Where personal data such as your name, address, telephone number or email address is required and requested, providing this information is always voluntary. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet, for example when communicating by email, may have security vulnerabilities and cannot be completely protected against access by third parties.
Every time you access my website or applications, usage data is transmitted by your internet browser and stored in server log files. These records include the date and time of access, the name of the page accessed, the IP address, the referrer URL (the website from which you arrived), the amount of data transferred, as well as information about the browser product and version used.
Users' IP addresses are stored for four weeks after the end of their visit and are then deleted or anonymised. During anonymisation, IP addresses are modified so that they can no longer be assigned to a specific natural person, or only with a disproportionate amount of time, expense and effort.
I analyse these log files in anonymised form in order to improve my services, websites and applications, make them more user-friendly, identify and resolve errors more quickly and efficiently, and manage server capacities. Log file analysis also enables me to detect and correct technical problems more rapidly.
When you visit my website, your browsing behaviour may be analysed for statistical purposes. This is primarily done using cookies and analytical tools. As a rule, this analysis is anonymous and cannot be traced back to you personally. You may object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools.
